This is an original, Picasso print lithograph, printed by Mourlot in 1990.

This colourful lithographic poster was designed in homage to the printer and founder of Atelier Mourlot. He changed the fabric of printing, inspiring a resurgence in lithography. Cultivating lithograph as a painter’s medium.  Fernand Mourlot was close friends with many celebrated artists, including Picasso, Matisse, Marc Chagall, Georges Braque, Joan Miró and Fernand Léger. Picasso’s collaboration with the Mourlot studio was extensive, creating hundreds of prints over the course of his career. This poster edition was printed in 1990, the original image first printed in 1956.
